He Knows Too Much
When I chose this book, I fascinated from the title.
On the other hand, I had some problems to read this book.
First of all, it has a lot of chapters, seventeenth, so I could not interested in the amount. Second, the background is about India and I am not familiar about India. As you can see, you can make sure that the cover image of the book is a kind of Indian sculpture. Third, the main character is not a handsome, rich man. For these reasons, I disliked reading this book at first.
However, whenever I read this book, I got some interests gradually. This story was about a man and he was taken early retirement from his company. He did a good job and even though he increased the company's profit. After that, he disappointed a lot and he drank everyday. One day, his old friend, Ramu who works for the company, sent letter to him about some suspection. The main character Dick was starting to find some evidences about his inadequate early retirement.
While he was finding the tracks, he had fallen in love with a woman. They got along with each other and they were involving with each other. Finally, he found all of the evidence to kick for bad people. However, he did not do that because his girlfriend said to him, " I told you before, we should leave judgment to God. People like that are punished by what they become. Leave it that, and don't make innocent people suffer."
I believe that this book is really interesting. If you have some time, you can read this book.
" When Summer Comes" ( Book 3)

Sherlock Holmes
The book I read this time is about the great detective Sherlock Holmes. The writer of this book is called Conan Doyle he first wrote his novel in late nineteenth century in England when there was a great demand for entertaining fiction.
In this book there are three short stories, first story is about a woman whom is getting married, but right before her wedding strange things are happening to her and she is afraid because a few years back when her sister was about to get married same things had happened to her and and strangely she was dead. And the remaining sister had gone to Holmes for help to solve the case. The second story is about the three murders in a family which all of them were killed but nobody knew why.And later on Holmes will find out that it was all because one of the family member had some documents against of some members in Ku Klux klan society.
In the third story a banker was keeping the national crown in his house which belong to one of his customers and in the same night some of the diamonds on the crown was taken and the crown it self was damaged too so Holmes job is find the thief and the diamonds.
I really enjoyed reading this book because I have always been one of the big fans of Sherlock Holmes stories and I highly recommend reading this book to those people who like to read mystery solving stories.

Pride and Prejudice (Book 3)
Elizabeth Bennet is a country gentleman's daughter in 19th Century England. She is one of five daughters, a plight that her father bears as best he can with common sense and a general disinterest in the silliness of his daughters. Elizabeth is his favorite because of her level-headed approach to life when his own wife's greatest concern is getting her daughters married off to well-established gentlemen. Only Jane, Elizabeth's older sister, is nearly as sensible and practical as Elizabeth, but Jane is also the beauty of the family, and therefore, Mrs. Bennet's highest hope for a good match.
When Mr. Bingley, a young gentleman of London, takes a country estate near to the Bennet's home, Mrs. Bennet begins her match-making schemes without any trace of subtlety or dignity. Despite Mrs. Bennet's embarassing interference, Mr. Bingley and Jane become fond of one another. Mr. Darcy, who has accompanied Bingley to the country, begins his acquaintance with Elizabeth, her family, and their neighbors with smug condescension and proud distaste for the all of the country people. Elizabeth, learning of his dislike, makes it a point to match his disgust with her own venom. She also hears from a soldier that she has a fondness for that Darcy has misused the man. Without thinking through the story, Elizabeth immediately seizes upon it as another, more concrete reason to hate Mr. Darcy. She contradicts and argues with Darcy each time they meet, but somewhere along the way he begins to like Elizabeth.
What is going on? If Elizabeth will marry with Mr. Dancy?

Staying Together (Book Club 3)
This book is written in a very simple style. The words selection is limited. It is Easy to understand. It’s about a young Japanese couple (Ikuko and Hiroshi) who had to separate because the girl wanted to study English overseas. In Birmingham where she studied English, Ikuko fell in love with a man (Bernard, who already had two kids) from Zambia. They tried to stay together in Zambia for couple weeks. With the kids, house keeping, climate, and local condition, she decided that that life in Zambia was not for her.
At the end Ikuko and Bernard decided to separate, and Ikuko finally married Horoshi.
The Story about love which involved people from different continent kept continuing within generations.
This book doesn't have dramatic events, that makes it less interesting to read. However it's still good for ESL student to learn about new vocabulary.
book three3~ les miserables ~
High Life, Low life (Book 3)
I liked this book because it was interesting, well-written, and mysterious. First, I wanted to know what present Annie gave Jackie, who the killer was, and why it happened. These things kept me interested in the book. Second, I liked these words, sentences, and paragraphs. They could improve my reading and writing because the author wrote them well. Third, after reading the book, I became aware of this story’s mystery. Martha murdered Whithaket for getting her money to become a millionaire, so Martha was in jail. Annie left Jackie a present that was a lot of money. Jackie put the money for a building, which provided comfortable rooms for the homeless women of this city.
This book tells us: If we are in the low life, we shouldn’t steal or murder for getting money that is a terrible crime; if we are in the high life, we should put our money to help poor people improve their lives. That is good idea because we will have fun.
In the Shadow of the Mountain (Book 3)
I like this story because Clare, who is over forty years old and a well- experienced journalist, looks her life over again while she gather memories of her grandfather. Though she saw her grandfather as a hero who was a great explorer, she gradually knows about Edward has a wonderful passion and he came to Zermatt in order to live as he really want to. Remembering the accident disturbs the old mountain guide’s peaceful life, but sharing the story and feeling gives new happiness to all of characters. I would like to recommend this book to other classmates.

Lorna Doone (Book 3)
Before reading the book, I looked at the front and back cover which were interesting. The picture, pretty Lorna and story line attracted my attention. The main characters and story plot interested me. I wanted to know what John did and whether he can save Lorna. These things kept me interested in the book.
While reading the book, I thought it was easy to understand because it was well-written. I don’t understand many English books because they are difficult for me. This book is good for people who are learning English. It provides a step-by-step approach to the joys of reading for pleasure. Although there were some new words, I could understand the meaning of the word from its context. I really enjoyed reading this book because the author wrote it well.
After reading the book, I became aware of this story’s mystery. Lorna was not a Doone; she was the daughter of Lord Dugal. John stopped the rebellion against the King, destroyed the Doones, and saved Lorna. John and Lorna married and were very happy. I enjoyed this mystery story.
As a result, Lorna Doone was an interesting, well-written, and mysterious book. It kept me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed the author’s writing and the mystery story. The story tell us: The robbers and murderers are always destroyed; people have rights to beat evil and get happy lives.
Book 3. The Man With Two Shadows
- When I saw this book in the library, I just have a special feeling from my heart. What's the meaning of shadow? You see the title and you will think about it. In america I think shadow means ghost in general. This book was talking about the too many different kind of ghost. There're six stories in this book. These stories all tell us what kind of ghost does people know in the world, so it will be very interesting for young people.Ghost stories much more popular in the 1800s than in the 1700s. In this age people believed that science could explain everything. The first one was talking about a man who was died already, but he still return again to meet his friends and his family. The second one is a story about a young man lived by himself, but when he came to his house he always felt someone in his room. The last one was the son of th famous writer Thomas Hood's story. I really like all of these stories, because they made me think a lot. I also think every young man like me will perefer this book. I hope every student can borrow this book from library, this is the best book of three.
